What does it cost in other countries?
US: $19.99 USD. Euro pricing: €22.99 EUR in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. Prices include applicable tax. Other country prices vary. When purchasing opens, checkout will show the final price for your billing country before you pay.
Will I be charged again?
No. This is a one-time purchase for 12 months of access, with no automatic renewal.
What if I already have an account?
For a personal purchase, use your existing Kegel Trainer account email at checkout. For a gift, the recipient uses their own account email when redeeming. Any existing valid web access is taken into account when the new access is activated.
How does a gift work?
We email the buyer a gift link and code to pass on. The recipient verifies their own email address and redeems the gift into their account. Unused gift codes have no redemption deadline.
When do the twelve months start?
At activation for personal access, or redemption for a gift. If the account already has valid web access, the twelve months are added after it.
What happens after I pay?
You’ll see a confirmation page with the next steps. Olson Apps sends your activation or gift email separately from Paddle’s payment receipt. If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder and use the recovery link on the confirmation page.
